For our location in Düsseldorf, optionally remotely world-wide, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) Middle East, North Africa, South East Asia:
 

Your key responsibilities:

For our regions in Middle East, North Africa, South East Asia, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with extensive knowledge in crushing, screening, materials handling and processing/beneficiation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the specified regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
The main responsibilities will be:
 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives in assigned regions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the crushing, screening, materials handling and beneficiation sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and contracts to potential customers.
  • Liaise with technical and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to promote the company's products and services.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years sales experience in the crushing, screening, materials handling and beneficiation industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in the Middle East, North Africa, South East Asia and other regions; Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in assigned regions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Experience of working with international clients and managing cross-cultural relationships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
