We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced back office and applications specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crushing (both hard rock and soft rock), materials handling and processing/beneficiation.This role will primarily focus on supporting front-end sales and managing global projects.

The main responsibilities will be:

• Provide technical support and expertise in crushing, materials handling and beneficiation.
• Work with front-end sales teams to support customer enquiries and project proposals.
• Manage and coordinate global projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, reports and presentations.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in order to provide innovative solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, business or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years sales support and application experience in the crushing, screening, materials handling and beneficiation industries.
• Proven experience in crushing (hard rock and soft rock), materials handling and processing/recycling.
• Strong understanding of global project management and front-end sales support.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant software and tools.
• Fluent in English, other languages a plus.
